This month, we've focussed on the ability to group contractors using tags as well as our new AI invoice submission tool.
This release brings two major upgrades designed to streamline how you manage contractors and handle invoices - plus a series of UI and workflow improvements across the platform.
Managing contractors just got easier.
You can now add tags to contractor records, giving you the power to group, search, and filter with precision.
Tags appear clearly under each contractor’s name on the index, helping you understand at a glance who fits where.
From the contractor view page, admins can manage tags directly via the actions wheel, making it simple to add, edit, or remove tags on the spot.
We’ve also introduced bulk updates - select multiple contractors and update their enabled status or apply tags in just a few clicks. It’s organisation made effortless.
Processing invoices no longer has to be tedious.
Our new AI-powered invoicing feature can automatically extract key information from uploaded invoice documents - such as contractor reference, invoice value, date, and tax amount.
Even when only partial data is recognised, the system pre-fills what it can, saving you time and reducing manual entry.
The result? Quicker, more accurate invoice processing, with far less effort required.
We’ve refreshed the interface to align with our evolving design system, giving the platform a more modern, cohesive look.
Users will notice visual improvements across headers, buttons, and index screens - making navigation smoother and more intuitive.
Plus, we’ve added a new search bar on the Settings page to help users find what they need faster.
A series of smaller enhancements make the overall experience smoother and more powerful:
Multiple file uploads: Contractors can now upload several files for a single question on the contractor view screen and profile - making it easier to share complete documentation in one go.
Dashboard upgrades: A new widget for unread quote request comments helps users stay on top of new activity and respond faster.
Cost code management: Organisations can now define whether cost code selection is mandatory, giving greater control over how financial data is tracked.
