I am responsible for the technical delivery of all our products and services. Whether it's the SaaS platform or internal operations I ensure we're always using the best tech for the job.
What gets you up in the morning?
Building a culture of continuous improvement and working with the team to deliver more for less.
What is your career highlight?
Achieving UKAS accredited ISO27001 with the Expansive team will stay with me for a long time!

What do you do at Expansive?
I plan and deliver features to the Expansive FM software suite, future proofing our products for scale and growth.

Seeing our technology being used by our clients is always a highlight.

What do you do at Expansive?
I'm responsible for everything marketing! Implementing innovative digital marketing practices and driving successful lead-generation and retention strategies to achieve business objectives, across multiple marketing channels.
What gets you up in the morning?
Black coffee & yoga.
What is your career highlight?
Working in Dubai, with a 250K budget to run a B2B awards ceremony at the Burj Khalifa. It fulfilled my love not only for the data and technical side of marketing but the frills and brand side of marketing too.
Fun fact:
I lived in more homes than years I'd been alive by the time I was 32.

What do you do at Expansive?
I head up Customer Operations, overseeing implementation, ongoing support, and making sure our customers get the best value and service possible.
What gets you up in the morning?
Two spaniels; one delivering my slippers, the other armed with empty food bowls…
What is your career highlight?
Building a team that achieved a 97% customer satisfaction rating and a 100% eNPS. When the culture is right, it naturally reflects in the service customers experience.
Fun fact:
I’m afraid I’m Christmas-mad. The tree will be up by 31st October!

What do you do at Expansive?
I help improve the product! From re-designing pages to process flows, I make sure we're offering the best possible user experiences to our partners.
What gets you up in the morning?
It has to be the sheer variety of projects I get to work on.
What is your career highlight?
Moving to Expansive into a product based role!
Fun fact:
Out of six siblings, I'm the only girl!

What do you do at Expansive?
I work as part of the engineering team, delivering new and exciting features on our Expansive FM platform.
What gets you up in the morning?
My dog. And my passion for solving problems, simplifying business processes and making life easier for our customers.
What is your career highlight?
The day I became a full-time software engineer. I’ve loved every minute of my career so far.
Fun fact:
I spend far too much time in lycra. I am a very keen road cyclist.

As a dedicated member of the software engineering team at Expansive, I contribute by architecting and developing innovative features that enrich our platform's capabilities.
What gets you up in the morning?
Solving problems and providing our customers with solutions that make a difference are what motivate me start work every day. Knowing that my work directly impacts our users and contributes to their positive experiences keeps me excited and driven.
What is your career highlight?
One of my proudest accomplishments in my career has been the privilege of mentoring junior software engineers. Witnessing their growth and evolution, into highly capable engineers has been truly rewarding.
Fun fact:
Beyond the realm of coding, I'm an avid reader of comics and graphic novels. Among them, my all-time favourite is Saga – an epic space opera about war, love and family.

I use modern technology to solve complex problems in a simple way.
What gets you up in the morning?
Usually the unmistakable sound of my alarm clock, but also a passion for technology and using it to build some amazing things.
What is your career highlight?
Getting to work in such a wide range of different industries with a huge variety of different technologies, techniques and domains to learn. Every day is a school day!
Fun fact:
In 2023 I sold everything I owned and went traveling for a year! I visited more than 10 different countries and lived in Australia.

I am a devoted Pokémon Go player, and I regularly attend game events - even the ones overseas!

As a Senior Engineer I'm a member of the Engineering team at Expansive, I contribute by building exciting new features, maintain high-quality and scalable architecture. Help the team grow by sharing my insights and knowledge by mentoring junior developers.
What gets you up in the morning?
The challenge of solving complex technical problems and improving systems excites me. I also enjoy driving innovation and making tangible impact on projects. And taking my miniature dachshund out for his morning walk along the sea front.
What is your career highlight?
Being able to bring all my unique insights and learnings from different industries and applying that knowledge to solve complex problems and help promote product growth and user happiness.
Fun fact?
I'm a self taught engineer with a passion for video games, that passion let me attend and cover E3 Expo (the worlds former largest industry only event for video games) as a member of press.

As a Product Support Engineer, I work with all parts of the business, supporting our clients and ensuring swift issue resolution. This enables the rest of the team to concentrate on enhancing the software with new and improved functionalities.
What gets you up in the morning?
My young son is my personal alarm clock. Every morning, he energetically wakes me up for playtime, blissfully unaware of the time!
What is your career highlight?
Helping transform traditional industries by integrating modern software solutions, thus streamlining existing processes and making them more cost-effective.
Fun fact:
I love introducing people to modern board games and helping them overcome the ‘trauma’ of childhood sessions of Monopoly!

I create and help shape the strategy behind Expansive's marketing content, from design to copy, across multiple channels.

My two sons! (I don't think I can remember what a lie in even feels like anymore.)
What is your career highlight?
Delivering creative content and visual assets for a product launch described by one awestruck spectator as "Steve Jobs-esque!"
Fun fact
I'm learning the piano and have been known to dazzle listeners with my Grade 2 renditions of various nursery rhymes.

What do you do at Expansive?
I lead on Product Support, making sure customers get the smooth and reliable help they deserve. If something needs solving, improving, or re-imagining, I'm on it!
What gets you up in the morning?
My big lovable dog Lemmie is my personal alarm clock, and a cup of coffee helps too!
What is your career highlight?
I designed, trained, and launched an AI agent that ended up handling around 50% of daily customer conversations, boosting productivity across the entire company. Watching it transform the team’s workflow was incredible.
Fun fact
I'm completely dog-obsessed! I’ve been this way for as long as I can remember, and I’m very confident I can identify any dog breed on the planet.

What do you do at Expansive?
As a Customer Success Lead, my role is to ensure our customers are maximising product value and achieving their business objectives. In doing so, we create customer champions who partner with us to ensure our product is built for today's FM demands!
What gets you up in the morning?
My two kids under 4! I can start my work day having finished a Disney classic, current top pick is Robin Hood & Aristocrats!
What is your career highlight?
I won "supporting colleague of the year" which included a trip to New Delhi & the Taj Mahal.
Fun fact:
I swam with Manatees in a protected area in Florida called Crystal Rivers!

What do you do at expansive?
I'm one of the Engineering Leads. My role is to help design and deliver exciting new features for our platform and continue to help my colleagues grow in their roles.
What gets you up in the morning?
My Golden Retriever, Benji, and a good cup of coffee. After that, the excitement of working in a company that cares about the quality of the product they're building.
What is your career highlight?
Releasing my first app into the Apple Store and Google Play Store was a real highlight. Seeing everything come together and being installed on users phones was a real "pinch me" moment.

I'm a keen padel player and probably spend too much time on court!

Starting Expansive has been the most incredibly rewarding and challenging experience. As we've seen our ideas take shape and gain momentum, it's been woth all the hard work and risk taking.
