I am responsible for the technical delivery of all our products and services. Whether it's the SaaS platform or internal operations I ensure we're always using the best tech for the job.
What gets you up in the morning?
Building a culture of continuous improvement and working with the team to deliver more for less.
What is your career highlight?
Achieving UKAS accredited ISO27001 with the Expansive team will stay with me for a long time!

What do you do at Expansive?
I work as part of the engineering team, delivering new and exciting features on our Expansive FM platform.
What gets you up in the morning?
My dog. And my passion for solving problems, simplifying business processes and making life easier for our customers.
What is your career highlight?
The day I became a full-time software engineer. I’ve loved every minute of my career so far.
Fun fact:
I spend far too much time in lycra. I am a very keen road cyclist.

What gets you up in the morning?
Solving problems and providing our customers with solutions that make a difference are what motivate me start work every day. Knowing that my work directly impacts our users and contributes to their positive experiences keeps me excited and driven.
What is your career highlight?
One of my proudest accomplishments in my career has been the privilege of mentoring junior software engineers. Witnessing their growth and evolution, into highly capable engineers has been truly rewarding.
Fun fact:
Beyond the realm of coding, I'm an avid reader of comics and graphic novels. Among them, my all-time favourite is Saga – an epic space opera about war, love and family.

I am a huge Star Wars fan. I have a large collection of books, collector cards and a dog named after a Jedi master.

My two sausage dogs and the opportunity to contribute with the rest of the team to the protection and security of the business and its data.
What is your career highlight?
The leap of faith I took after my degree to change and pursue a career in cybersecurity and using my non-technical as well as my acquired knowledge.

I can speak 7 languages.

Usually the unmistakable sound of my alarm clock, but also a passion for technology and using it to build some amazing things.
What is your career highlight?
Getting to work in such a wide range of different industries with a huge variety of different technologies, techniques and domains to learn. Every day is a school day!
Fun fact:
In 2023 I sold everything I owned and went traveling for a year! I visited more than 10 different countries and lived in Australia.

What do you do at Expansive?
I’m an Implementation Consultant, which means I’m the main point of contact for our clients as they navigate the exciting journey of adopting our platform. I dive into all the details—whether it's customising the software, training users, or ensuring everything runs smoothly after launch. My goal is to make the implementation process as smooth as possible and help our clients maximise the value of our solution from start to finish.
What gets you up in the morning?
What really gets me up in the morning is the sense of responsibility and the excitement of tackling new challenges. Whether it's project deadlines or finding creative solutions to complex problems, I love the feeling of making progress. And of course, lots of coffee—preferably with a splash of oat milk and a drizzle of syrup on those extra-tough days!
What is your career highlight?
A career highlight for me was traveling internationally to deliver onsite software implementation projects. While it was sometimes challenging, the experience helped me grow exponentially on both a personal and professional level.
Fun fact:
Whenever I get the chance, I enjoy indoor bouldering—because I love problem-solving, even when it's just for fun!

What gets you up in the morning?
The promise and opportunity of a daily fresh start and a chance to be better than yesterday. Yes, I’m a morning person.
What is your career highlight?
Launching a flagship product at the same time as implementing a from-scratch onboarding framework to set up two market leaders across separate industries. Hectic? Definitely. Satisfying? Incredibly.

I’m a slave to my running training app and my spaniel.

I'm responsible for everything marketing! Implementing innovative digital marketing practices and driving successful lead-generation and retention strategies to achieve business objectives, across multiple marketing channels.
What gets you up in the morning?
Black coffee & yoga.
What is your career highlight?
Working in Dubai, with a 250K budget to run a B2B awards ceremony at the Burj Khalifa. It fulfilled my love not only for the data and technical side of marketing but the frills and brand side of marketing too.
Fun fact:
I lived in more homes than years I'd been alive by the time I was 32.
