What do you do at Expansive?
I am responsible for leading the team; driving our strategy and company culture.
What gets you up in the morning?
Being on this journey with the most amazing people! Plus also my young daughter, screaming the house down.
What is your career highlight?
Starting Expansive has been the most incredibly rewarding and challenging experience. As we’ve seen our ideas take shape and gain momentum, it’s been worth all the hard work and risk taking.

What do you do at Expansive?
I oversee the mobilisation of all our clients and the delivery of our services - while helping to set the strategic direction for our business.
What gets you up in the morning?
Delivering value. Putting smiles on the faces of our partners and developing our staff.
What is your career highlight?
Building a £3m e-commerce business from the ground up.

What do you do at Expansive?
I am responsible for the technical delivery of all our products and services. Whether it's the SaaS platform or internal operations I ensure we're always using the best tech for the job.
What gets you up in the morning?
Building a culture of continuous improvement and working with the team to deliver more for less.
What is your career highlight?
Achieving UKAS accredited ISO27001 with the Expansive team will stay with me for a long time!

What do you do at Expansive?
I work as part of the engineering team, delivering new and exciting features on our Expansive FM platform.
What gets you up in the morning?
My dog. And my passion for solving problems, simplifying business processes and making life easier for our customers.
What is your career highlight?
The day I became a full-time software engineer. I’ve loved every minute of my career so far.
Fun fact:
I spend far too much time in lycra. I am a very keen road cyclist.

It has to be the sheer variety of projects I get to work on.

Moving to Expansive into a product based role!

I listen to the needs of our clients and help them achieve their CAFM goals. I ensure our product roadmap and capability is well aligned.

I love the fact I get to work with major brands and make a difference to their bottom line.
What is your career highlight?
Winning an award for the successful implementation of a mobile management solution for a large social housing provider covering 35,000 properties.

I am a total sneaker head!

I have the privilege of bringing cutting-edge features and seamless processes to life in our flagship application.
What gets you up in the morning?
My alarm clock and the sounds of nature, you can probably guess which I prefer.
What is your career highlight?
Having been a part of a wide variety of engineering teams I have a diverse set of knowledge and expertise to bring to the table in helping us succeed in bringing quality to our customers.

I’m a big fan of vintage computing from the 80s / 90s.

Being part of and witnessing the positive impact the implementation of new technology has on a business and their employees.

As a dedicated member of the software engineering team at Expansive, I contribute by architecting and developing innovative features that enrich our platform's capabilities.
What gets you up in the morning?
Solving problems and providing our customers with solutions that make a difference are what motivate me start work every day. Knowing that my work directly impacts our users and contributes to their positive experiences keeps me excited and driven.
What is your career highlight?
One of my proudest accomplishments in my career has been the privilege of mentoring junior software engineers. Witnessing their growth and evolution, into highly capable engineers has been truly rewarding.
Fun fact:
Beyond the realm of coding, I'm an avid reader of comics and graphic novels. Among them, my all-time favourite is Saga – an epic space opera about war, love and family.

I am a devoted Pokémon Go player, and I regularly attend game events - even the ones overseas!

Building and implementing my first customer success strategy and seeing its positive impact on my customers and the product.
Fun fact:
I am a huge Star Wars fan. I have a large collection of books, collector cards and a dog named after a Jedi master.
