Nicola is a passionate, creative and knowledgeable recruitment expert in her role as Managing Director of Hexagon FM – specialising in the facilities management sector. Nicola is also Chair of Women in FM as part of the wider Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management.
What we’ll cover
We’ll be discussing how Nicola is tackling the current crisis at Hexagon FM and what impact she believes it will have on the FM sector. There will be some advice for those who have been affected and what they should do to set themselves up for success in the future.
Of course, we’ll also discuss her role as Chair of the IWFM and how she’s bringing knowledge, best practice, legislation, empowerment and inspiration to women working in the FM sectors and their male colleagues who are supporting their journey.
