Authorised users can now select multiple assets and modify their characteristics en-masse, saving time and reducing the risk of manual errors. 

Contractor Profile: Empowering your workforce 

At Expansive, we're not just passionate about streamlining workflows for our client users – we're dedicated to empowering every stakeholder. That's why we're proud to introduce the start of our brand new Contractor Profile feature, designed to give your contractors the control and convenience they deserve.

Craft contractor identity: Contractors can manage their company details, showcase their services, and update their working hours directly in the app. No more scattered spreadsheets or outdated paperwork – their profile is a one-stop shop.

Stay on top of completion: Contractors can track their progress in real-time with a convenient percentage display within their profile. 

Make contact, effortlessly: You can now easily ensure contractor details, including names, contact information, and addresses are up-to-date within the platform. No more games of phone tag – clear communication is just a click away.

Plan schedules with ease : Contractors can clearly indicate their working hours, highlight dates they'll be unavailable, and specify any limitations on out-of-hours work. 

Easily accessible: Contractors can navigate seamlessly to their profile and manage their information thanks to our dedicated menu navigation item. Accessing their profile is as easy as clicking a button.
