What's new at Expansive this month?

This month we continue to improve our contractor registration process alongside providing more customisable dashboard views.

Contractor Registration: Streamlined Onboarding and Accreditations Specification

We're continuing to work towards our new Contractor Onboarding process, which will enable contractors to completely self-serve. With that in mind, the following features are a small preview of what will be available when this launches.

    • Client-specific questions, answered easily: Simplify contractor onboarding with customisable questions tailored to each client's requirements. Capture essential information like accreditations and insurance quickly and efficiently.
    • Contractors take the wheel: Put the power in their hands! Contractors can now view and answer client-specific questions directly on their profile, promoting transparency and ownership throughout the onboarding process.
    • Admin superpowers unlocked: Take control with the new dedicated Contractor Settings area. Easily toggle question visibility for different contractors, ensuring they answer only what's relevant to you.

Dashboards: Your Gateway to Personalised Insights

    • Choose your destination: Eliminate time-consuming navigation with the ability to pin and set a default dashboard. Jump straight to the information you need most, every time you log in.
    • Deep dive made simpler: Say goodbye to repetitive filtering! Now you can create deep links with specific filters pre-applied, saving you valuable clicks and keeping you focused on actionable insights.
    • Site Tag filters at your fingertips: Gain granular control over your data by applying Site Tag filters directly in the dashboard area. See exactly what matters, when it matters most.

That's it for this month! Be sure to stay tuned for more updates to come.
