Attach files to request types 📁
Users can now upload files directly to request types so that when a work order is created with this request, the file is automatically included, saving you time and ensuring the request can be worked on as soon as possible.
Bulk import sites 🏢
Introducing the ability to bulk import sites and their related details. This feature simplifies site management, especially for larger operations. Need help with this? Our support team is ready to assist.
Bulk update custom fields 📄
Users can now update any custom fields they have set against Sites or Assets using the bulk update tooling, saving time and maximising efficiency.
Enhanced user display 👤
Admin users now have better team oversight with the introduction of "Last Seen" and "Last Logged in" fields, meaning better collaboration and system adoption.
