What's new at Expansive this month?

This month, we're excited to announce enhancements to help ensure contractor compliance and better follow on work oversight.

Remedial Actions: Simplified and Efficient 📋

In response to valuable feedback, we've made significant enhancements to the remedial action process. Now, you can effortlessly amend and update remedial actions by simply selecting any area of a remedial action row. This will open a convenient side panel, allowing you to make quick and efficient modifications.

For even greater efficiency, we've introduced a powerful bulk update feature on the remedial actions index. This feature empowers you to update multiple records simultaneously, saving you time and effort.

To improve the visibility of linked work orders, we've added a dedicated column called "Remedial Work Order" to the remedial actions index. This makes it easier to identify and access associated work orders.

To keep you informed, we've implemented a new notification system. Whenever a comment is added to a remedial action, the assigned user will receive a notification, ensuring timely attention and response.

These enhancements are designed to provide greater clarity, simplify workflows, and improve the overall efficiency of managing and resolving remedial actions.

Contractor Document Visibility: Enhanced Oversight 👷

To further strengthen contractor compliance, we've improved the visibility of contractor documents. You can now access documents uploaded by contractors during their onboarding process directly within the Documents & Compliance tab on the contractor view screen. This enables you to easily review important files related to accreditations and insurance, ensuring that contractors meet the required standards.

We have also introduced notification reminders to contractors for when any of the questions within their profile are close to expiring, ensuring the related documents are kept up to date and compliant.

That's it for this month! Be sure to stay tuned for more updates to come.
