This month, we're excited to introduce our new streamlined login process.

Optimised: A Faster, Smarter Log In Experience with Expansive FM

At Expansive FM, we’re always enhancing user experience, and this month, we’ve made logging in smoother and more intuitive than ever. Our latest login updates streamline account access, making it faster, more efficient, and hassle-free.

Improved Log In Flow for Seamless Access

We’ve upgraded the login process with a smarter authentication flow. Now, when you reach the login page, you’ll enter your username first. Expansive FM will then check if an SSO (Single Sign-On) account is linked. If found, you’ll be guided through the SSO process automatically. If not, the password field will appear as usual—eliminating unnecessary steps for a frictionless login experience.

Easily Recover Your Username

Forgot your username? No worries! Our ‘Forgot Username?’ feature on the login page makes account recovery effortless. Simply click the link, and we’ll send an email with your username details—helping you regain access quickly.

Enhanced SSO Onboarding for New Users

New SSO users will receive an automated email with step-by-step instructions on pairing their Expansive FM account with their SSO provider. This ensures a seamless onboarding process and minimises login issues.

Effortless User Management with SSO Filtering

We’ve upgraded the User Index with a new SSO filtering feature, making it easier than ever to manage users. Now, you can efficiently filter users by SSO status, quickly identifying those with SSO accounts and those who have successfully paired with an SSO provider.

These updates are designed to enhance login efficiency, simplify account recovery, and improve user management—ensuring a seamless experience with Expansive FM.
